Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
