How do I determine the correct boot size?
We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size. For our pac boots and insulated models, we suggest sizing up if you are between sizes to accommodate thicker performance socks.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition. Please ensure you test your boots on a carpeted surface before wearing them outdoors.
Can Hoffman boots be rebuilt or resoled?
Yes, several of our high-end leather work boots and hunting models are designed with a Goodyear welt or stitch-down construction, making them eligible for our professional rebuilding service.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For custom-made or backordered items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
We provide a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse.
How should I maintain and waterproof my boots?
To extend the life of your boots, we recommend regular cleaning and applying a high-quality leather conditioner or silicone-based waterproofing spray specifically designed for our oil-tanned leathers.
